Payment

METHODS ACCEPTED:

We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept Personal Checks. If you are mailing your payment you MUST include a copy of the invoice. This information is necessary in order to ensure payment is credited to the correct account/purchase.

 

Fees

STATE TAXES: If shipped within North Carolina 7.25%
HANDLING FEES: $1.25 per domestic order; $2.50 per International order

Shipping

WHERE SHIPPED: US, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USA – USPS or UPS All International orders will be shipped via USPS.  
COST: Shipping cost are determined by the total weight of the package..
INSURANCE: Required on all purchases at buyers expense

TRACKING:  Delivery confirmation - Free

WHEN SHIPPED: Within 24 Hours of payment; Monday - Friday
SHIPPING FREQUENCY: Domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of all major holidays. Due to the amount of time required to process International shipments, they will be shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Refunds & Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Products that are damaged or lost in transit are covered by the shippers insurance. Please keep all damaged products and packaging for inspection by the shipping company as required by the insurance terms of said shipping company. We sell only new, unused and authentic products. We have quality control procedures in effect to ensure your products are in new condition when leaving our warehouse. The safety and satisfaction of our buyers is our number one concern therefore buy with confidence. Please contact us immediately with any problems. There is no problem that can’t be solved with simple communication.

 

*Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
